Training and Simulation Group Capabilities

Our Training and Simulation Group provides a full spectrum of training applications in live, virtual, and constructive training environments. Here are just a few examples of the work we are doing here and abroad:

U.S. Military

• Air and Space Operations Center Formal Training Unit Support. At Hurlburt Field, Florida, we provide initial qualification training to joint and multinational warfighters designated to staff AN/USQ-163, Falconer Air, and Space Operations Centers.

• Battle Command Training Program. For the U.S. Army’s senior leader training program, we provide expert training services to brigade-, division-, corps-level commanders and staffs, as well as commanders of U.S. Army forces functioning as a joint force component. We provide the operational and technical site support, model testing, verification and validation (V&V), functional validation, and other technical support for computer driven exercises. These exercises simulate command-and-control decision making under realistic conditions.
  
  
• Distance Learning Contract (DL XXI): For nearly six years we have been developing interactive multi-media instruction (IMI) for U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). This instruction is provided in Web-based, CD, and DVD packages and includes lesson modules for officer and noncommissioned officer professional development as well as specific technical instruction for military occupational specialties across the Army.

Joint Forces

• Professional Control Force. We provide exercise training expertise in the form of exercise program analysis, planning, execution, and lessons learned designed to maintain Air Combat Command (ACC) combat readiness and advance future capabilities. This work is focused on the Joint Force Air Component commanders and staff, as well as the Joint Air Operations Center. Services range from initial event planning and scheduling to development of operational scenarios. Our personnel are well versed in both friendly and enemy doctrine and tactics.

International

• African Contingency Operations Training and Assistance. For the State Department, we provide peacekeeping training to select African nations.
  
  
• Saudi Arabian National Guard. For nearly three decades, we have provided training, operations, maintenance, logistics, and base operating services to help modernize the Saudi Arabian National Guard. We conduct and evaluate performance-oriented training, including basic through advanced individual and collective skill training.
